FIVE REASONS TO LEARN TO SCUBA DIVE

1) IT'S SAFE AND EASY
If you acquire the proper training and develop the necessary skills and purchace quality equipment, scuba diving can be a safe sport.

2) A GREAT ACTIVITY FOR MOST AGES
Anyone aged 10 and up can become fully certified in scuba diving and divers can enjoy the sport well into their 90's. Children as young as eight years old can enjoy introductory scuba diving programs such as Scuba Rangers, Bubble Makers, etc.

3) RELAX AND ELIMINATE STRESS
Every day we experience the effects of gravity. ever securing us to the ground beneath us. Divers abandon gravity and leave all of the3 distractions of the surface world behind as they enter a near weightless environment where they focus only on the current dive, the sounds of moving water and aquatic animals.

4) EXPLORE NEW WORLDS JUST BENEATH THE SURFACE
How many times have you been on vacation to the seaside and never experienced the feel of salt water on your skin? How much have you missed just beneath the surface? The good news is that is all about to change. Approximately 70% of our world is covered in water and new realms are waiting to be explored!

5) BECOME AN ADVOCATE FOR THE OCEAN AND ALL THE CREATURES THAT CALL IT HOME
Until a person actually immerses themselves into the underwater realm, it's difficult to truly fathom what lies just beneath the surface. Once you see it, your mind expands and it will never go back to its original state. I enjoy being the first in the ocean when I lead dive trips so I can wait beneath the waves to see the eyes of divers when they jump into the ocean the first time and I get to see their world change forever.
